Wine bars have been popping up in Philadelphia. I have been to two of them - Vintage and Tria. I prefer Vintage, mainly because it isnt as pretentious as Tria. Also, the wine list at Vintage considerably more accesisble. The only critique I really have of Vintage is about one of its waiters - the male waiter with glasses.
